The Lauren Mules are crafted in a luxurious cotton-silk blend satin, offering a soft lustre and refined finish. The lining, insole and sole are made entirely from leather, ensuring comfort and durability.
The sole is enhanced with a Vibram rubber insert for additional durability, cushioning and everyday wearability.
Designed in London, produced in Italy and finished in London, each pair reflects our commitment to craftsmanship and detail.
Every pair is presented in a bespoke shoe box with our signature silk heart shoe trees and signature protector bags.

If your preferred size is currently sold out, it will usually be in production and available within approximately one calendar month.

COLOUR CUSTOMISATION
The Lauren Mules are available in a selection of 100 colours.
For a personal colour match, you are welcome to book a private consultation or studio visit, or visit us during our Open Door Day, held on the first Saturday of each month at our London studio.
SIZING
The Lauren Mules generally fit true to size.
For first-time clients, we recommend establishing your size with us before placing an order. You are welcome to visit our London showroom for a private fitting or during our monthly Open Door Day, held on the first Saturday of each month.
CARE
To preserve the beauty of your Lauren Mules, we recommend applying a fabric protector before first wear.
We have tested Renapur Suede & Fabric Protector with excellent results. Its water-repellent properties allow for more careful wear in light conditions. Please follow the manufacturer's instructions when applying, or contact us if you would like guidance.
If the shoes become wet, insert the shoe trees and allow them to dry naturally indoors in a warm, well-ventilated environment. Do not place them directly beside a radiator or other source of heat.
When not in use, gently clean the shoes and store them in their box and dust bag, always with the shoe trees inserted to help maintain their shape. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which may alter the colour.
HANDMADE
Each pair is entirely handmade.
Colours such as blush, sky, light blue and green are individually hand-dyed, resulting in subtle variations from one pair to another. These nuances are inherent to the artisanal process and should be appreciated as part of the character of each piece.
GUARANTEE & REPAIRS
Every pair undergoes a thorough quality inspection before dispatch.
In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, we offer a one-year guarantee, subject to our Guarantee & Repairs Policy.
Each case is assessed individually. Where an issue is determined to have arisen from production rather than normal wear or use, we will advise on the appropriate solution, which may include a repair or exchange, for normal wear damage this will be inspected individually and quote the repair service independently.
Please note that specialist repairs can take approximately 3–6 months, depending on the nature of the repair and the availability of the appropriate specialist.
SHIPPING & TAXES
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders, dispatched from London, UK.
For international orders outside the UK, customs duties, import taxes and any other charges imposed by the destination country may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary according to destination.
RETURNS
As our made-to-order shoes are produced specifically for each client, they are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded due to change of mind or incorrect size selection.
We therefore provide several opportunities to establish your fit before production, including private fittings, our monthly Open Door Days.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods.
