The Lauren Mules are crafted in a luxurious cotton-blend satin, offering a soft lustre and refined finish. The lining, insole, and sole are made entirely from leather, ensuring both comfort and durability.

The sole has been enhanced with a Vibram rubber insert for improved durability, comfort, and everyday wearability.

Designed in London, produced in Italy, and finished in London, each pair reflects our commitment to craftsmanship and detail.

Every pair is presented with a bespoke shoe box and our signature silk heart shoe trees.

SIZING

This design fits true to size. If you are between half sizes, we recommend selecting your usual size or the smaller half size option for a more precise fit.

CARE

To preserve the beauty of your Lauren Mules, we recommend applying a fabric protector prior to first wear. We have tested Renapur Suede & Fabric Protector with excellent results; its water-repellent properties allow for careful wear in light conditions. For application please follow the instructions or ask us how to.

If the shoes become wet, insert the shoe trees and allow them to dry naturally indoors in a warm, well-ventilated environment.

The Vibram rubber sole provides additional cushioning and protection, reducing wear and extending the life of the shoe without the need for frequent resoling.

When not in use, gently clean and store your shoes in their box and dust bag, always with the shoe trees inserted to maintain their shape. Avoid storage with prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, as this may alter the colour.

HANDMADE

Each pair is entirely handmade. Colours such as blush, sky, light blue, and green are individually hand-dyed, resulting in subtle variations that make every piece unique.

These nuances are inherent to artisanal craftsmanship and should be appreciated as part of the design, rather than imperfections.

GUARANTEE

All shoes undergo thorough quality inspection prior to dispatch. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, we offer a one-year guarantee.

Each case is assessed individually. Exchanges may be offered where the issue is deemed to arise from production rather than wear.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders, dispatched from London, UK.

For UK orders, the price paid at checkout is final. For international orders, please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply upon delivery; these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by destination.

Nadal London does not offer refunds. We may accommodate size exchanges (subject to availability) or provide store credit.
